MAKE THE DREAM come true

Available Properties

You can make Amik Kil Ha’ your vacation or year round home. There are 23 fully serviced lots ready for building, plus our eco-friendly Bamboo Home. All have either lagoon or canal access and ample room for a moderately sized home with mountain and water views. We've built relationships with local trusted professionals in the construction field if you need referrals, to make building your dream home in Belize a positive and stress-free experience.

...a perfect spot to settle in Belize. Close enough to enjoy the laidback vibe of Placencia village, but quiet enough to hear the birds singing. The lagoon is more like a lake where I can imagine early morning kayak paddles and afternoon windsurfing. It’s a nice protected spot to moor a boat with easy access to the ocean. Sunset over the lagoon is breathtaking!
